With multiple beaches so close, it's only a quick drive to get to some world class beaches including Manasota Key Beach, Casey Key, Venice Beach and 30 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. This home is paradise on earth!
It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 3 bdrms & 2.5 baths. A private pool and lanai are perfect for outdoor living.
The home offers a split floor plan where the master bedroom and guest rooms are located on opposite sides of the home, offering enhanced privacy. Casa Maria is perfect for a family or couples traveling together.
The master bedroom offers a King-size bed, flat screen TV, and has direct access to the large lanai and pool. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds. For additional sleeping, there are 2 queen-size air mattresses, as well as a pack-n-play sleeper for the little ones. You can also enjoy our heated swimming pool and hot tub in our screened area. This home has been recently remodeled; all rooms have been freshly painted, and brand new ceramic flooring throughout the entire home. This home is fully furnished, offering all the comforts you will need. Beautiful 3/4 acre lot with RV or boat parking and offers privacy during your stay at our little paradise. Take a short drive to beautiful South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve, a 222-acre bird sanctuary preserve offering more than 8 miles of scenic trails, a great way to start your morning. You are provided with one paper towel roll in the kitchen, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Home is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, BBQ grill, 2-Smart TV's and High-speed WiFi. We provide a stocked kitchen, with most necessary needs: dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, blender, toaster, coffee pot, utensils. Each bathroom has hairdryers, and bath towels. Also included for your use are beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. In order to make traveling with small children easier, we also have a pack-n-play crib. 2 Queen size air mattresses are also available.
